St Ives is my favourite place to be out of season. The very special light that has drawn artists to the area lights up the buildings, water and the glorious clean sand.  

Many happy hours have been spent here with the children running around the beached boats at low tide.

The lovely little boat, Barnabas is always to be seen weaving its way across the harbour and out to sea with its crew of enthusiasts.
